Facilitator - Diploma

Amina studied acting and creative writing in London and has taken her experience and love of performing arts wherever she goes. Upon arrival in Malaysia in 1991 Amina took up the role of Hani in the award winning film Selubung and has since explored Malaysian theatre, film and television as an actress, producer, director, writer & performance educator for all ages.

In an effort to enhance Malaysian children’s knowledge of Speech & Drama and to be a part of raising the creativity and confidence of school-going children, Amina has opened classes for a wide range of Malaysian youth. In the year 2000 Amina has been combining drama with environmental education to teach Malaysian primary school children about saving endangered species and her classes become more popular as children and parents alike realise the value of performing arts as an educative tool to empower children with valuable knowledge and confidence.

Her students have since grown into creatively competent young adults who have represented Malaysia on many fronts around the world, giving speeches at international conferences; working on television, stage and ilm; winning awards at creative writing, public speaking and the arts; as well as possessing inspiring, creative skills that further enhance their goals as young professionals in all types of careers.
